And yeah Dunk, might need to nerf warriors in pvp now - they were already the class with the highest dmg output (+MS) and with these changes their weaknesses (being bursted down while their healer is cc'd or bursting down the healer while the warr is cc'd) are harder to exploit, since cc has the same duration but dmg is 40% lower...

It's definitely better than before, people don't die in 3-5 second stuns anymore and healers are actually viable. We had actual healer/dps vs healer/dps arena games yesterday that lasted several minutes instead of 30 seconds. Felt good.

I'm not sure what are you talking about, the current reduction is 25% and not 40%

What I heard was that 20% was increased to 40%, but the initial 20% wasnt working.

It definitely feels more than 25%, before you could kill players in seconds, now you can't get them to 25% in seconds... not that I'm complaining
