Have hard time seeing that MM spec be that good....imped hunters mark only increase your ranged DPS by about 4 with auto attack..maby max 10 with perfect rotation.....and sting seems to do more dmg then arcane shot, atleast at lower crit % (and dmg from arcane shot have to be dubble that of serpent sting to be worth the talent)....and no need for scatter shot in a pure PvE spec.....like u say MM aint the best for pvp...gotta be BM for pvp so simply dual spec into pvp bm. Also like someone else sayed go for the throat seems to up your pets dps highly...so prob worth it...so maby?:

Well trueshot aura buffs all of your physical dps significantly so it's worth having at least one hunter in the raid with it. Imp hunters mark, while insignificant for one hunter, will add up with more in raid.

I took scatter just because I didn't have anything else to put it in lol. Prob not ideal for pure pve spec yours is probably best dps, will change link to your spec :)

I keep up with similarly geared BM hunters in Mc so it's not that bad, and like I said trueshot aura is $$$$

Is raptor the only viable pet for BM. Because i really hate the pet, and the bug it has with running animation! ^_^

Great guide and keep up the good work!

I noticed that Aspect Mastery wasn't showing the correct tooltip nor adding the additional attack power as intended.

That being said, I skip over this talent during leveling. Do you know of any proof that aspect mastery is only displaying the wrong values? it seems that Aspect Mastery is completely nonfunctional.

Well, lot of buffs does not change their numbers when you take talents, that is why you need to do test yourself, aka check character stats how is before you take talents and how is when you take talents. Same like Magic Attunement does not increase spells buffs tooltip.

I haven´t read whole discussion but the raiding talent build for BM is totally wrong. Stats seem to be ok mentioned in the hierarchy but many people recommended in EJ discussion on BM raiding going full arp in endgame while maintaining AP as well (seems in end game build hunter´s physical dmg outweights the benefits from Ap transfered to pet). Best pet for BM raiding is devilsaur without a doubt...There are like 3 good BM guides out there for wotlk, but I don´t see it relevant to discuss BM spec now without working pet scaling...

French fries are like steaks, where the potato is the cow and gets cut up, like meat does, only on a smaller scale

You can't tame Devilsaurs on Primal. The talent that allows you to tame Exotic pets will most likely stay locked until the release of WotLK, and on top of that Cleo hasn't been ingame for a while now. Though I hope that the '.' in his forum name means that he is having difficulties logging in right now and actually still is active :D

Well, next time label the topic as (PRIMAL), now when the forums are merged it can easily lead to confusions.
